Welcome

Omankete takes its name from the manketti, the nut-bearing tree of the northern sandveld. We run a small, professional lodge for people who come to Outapi to work: officials, teams, delegates and travellers who expect a clean room, a reliable connection, good food and service that is on time.

The Manketti Restaurant

Start the day at 06:00 at the breakfast buffet, come back for lunch, and finish at a table by the tall windows. Everything is cooked in our own kitchen. The bar pours from 10:00, the courtyard takes private dinners and functions, and guests and non-residents are equally welcome.
